I am able to disply all the fields shown here below,but the problem is i want to display all these fields for all the months up to now from start of this year.I am able to get it for single month.And that too i want to have 0109(MMYY) as across field.I want like


0109 0209
Gross Transactions Gross Sales Credit Transactions Credit SalesNET_TRANS NET_SALES (fields)

Without knowing what your master file is like, even Francis' suggestion is subjective.

Is the date field a date time or date, is its format a smart date or alpha or number ?
