Does anyone have any experience they could share regarding the Premium Support package? We are currently evaluating this benefit and would like to hear what others have to say about it - good or bad. Thanks!

We have found that the premium support team has added great value to our deployment of WebFOCUS. The biggest value they provide to us is testing new releases in a IBI environment that replicates our configuration. This assures that service packs and hot fixes will not negatively impact our environment when we install them. They also use this environment to replicate any issues we report which helps get the root cause of the issue identified faster. Mona Baker (our representative)- her backup and manager provide a high level of service and are always there when we have any type of question or need.
