I am creating an autofit HTML5 Bar Chart using App Studion version 8.0.8.When the chart displays it cuts off the bottom half of the legend. I have to scroll down to see the whole legend. Is there a property to set so that the whole chart and legend fit in the window? Is there a property to make it fit within 90% of the window?

This usually happens if you have Heading or footing that is not Embedded. In heading dialog there is an option to the far right where you can embed the heading. This will eliminate the scroll bars.

Hi Nick,

I have same issue just difference is that I'm calling the chart in a jQuery dialogbox and getting scroll bars for chart. I tried your method still no luck. Any suggestions.

Thanks & Regards,
Gaurav Tyagi

It runs fine on devstudio just not in that box.
I don't know whats wrong, dialog box size is very large than the graph.

Do you use dashboards? Or create an HTML page with a frame and call the fex and see if it works.

Just to make sure you are using Embedded. Check your code to see if you have the "ON GRAPH SET EMBEDHEADING ON" command like I do below.

HEADING
"Power Net Orders"
"Route Cutoffs"
ON GRAPH PCHOLD FORMAT JSCHART
ON GRAPH SET VZERO OFF
ON GRAPH SET HTMLENCODE ON
ON GRAPH SET GRAPHDEFAULT OFF
ON GRAPH SET EMBEDHEADING ON

Did you try the HTML page with a frame and then have the frame call the fex. If that works, then it has something to do with the jquery and I have not worked with jquery before.
