Hi,

We have a requirement to run the excel(WF 8 - XLSX) report and it has to fit in A4 sheet printable portrait format.
In the excel using around 12 numeric columns.
Is there any option to do it in WebFOCUS? or using Macro (how to use)?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking if WebFOCUS can product XLSX documents or if it can print? It can do both. The A4 is based on the user and what they select when printing. You can space out your columns using SQUEEZE to stretch each out to meet your requirement, but still at the end of the day, if someone picks Letter instead of A4, not something you can stop.

Below is my sample xlsx output, if I execute from the portal we will get like this, then user want to print this excel file without aligning any cells need to fit A4 portrait as default.

Tried with Squeeze to reduce the columns, but the sum values are coming huge amount so we can't (length of the sum column is d12)

How about outputting to an Excel Macro, where the macro sets the page size to A4 / Fit to one page?
