Add the following script into the head section of your Html page

<script language="JavaScript">
< !--
function runjob()
{
document.form1.submit();
}
// -->

Then change your radio buttons so that they look like

 <br /><input type="radio" name="OUTPUT" value="EXL2K" onChange="runjob();"><br />
It assumes that your form is called form1 and the variable in your fex that assigns the format is &OUTPUT

sumit, i read your question somewhat differently.
Do you want to have a GRAPH as an output option?
With output options of EXCEL or PDF or HTML, your programming is easy because those 3 requests use the same TABLE FILE command and only the ON TABLE HOLD/PCHOLD statement changes.
If you want a GRAPH output, you must use GRAPH FILE rather than TABLE FILE. so it might be simplest to branch to a different paragraph of code.
-IF &MYCHOICE IS 'GRAPH' GOTO do.graph ;
TABLE FILE whatever
..
ON TABLE yourholdphrase
END
-RUN
-GOTO end.thisjob ;
-do.graph
GRAPH FILE whatever
...
END
-RUN
-end.thisjob
