Hi All,

We are on WF 8201. In the Portal whenever the session expires and try to access any item by default we are getting Access denied message. In the web.xml I see the option to change the session time limit. Is there any setting to auto logoff when session expires instead of the 'Access to item denied' message?

It is my understanding that in version 8.2.01 you should be redirected to the sign-in screen automatically when the session times out. You should open a case with techsupport and report the behavior you are getting.

I think that "redirected to the sign-in screen automatically when the session times out" is an available setting by the admins. You'll get you answer by opening a case with IB.
