Hi,

I have strange scenario. I have two test environments for webfocus application generating reports in pdf, excel, csv, etc.

In Test environment, I can generate reports correctly getting all values in each columns correctly.

In Prod, When I tried to generate reports, only one column, the data/values are blank. (tried to compare it with Test environment).

No Error message is generated.

Investigation done so far.
1. The Fex files in all environment are same. No difference.
2. Querying against the Teradata DB, produced correct result in all environments. (not through fex but through sql on teradata).
3. No access denied error.

Anything I can miss.

Any other suggestions welcomed.

Are the ID's connecting to teradata in the adapter connection the same and if different do they have the same access privileges?

Yes the ID are same and have the same access privileges.

If they don't, I am pretty sure I will get some message like "access denied" or other similar messages.

But I didnt get any.
