[CLOSED WITHOUT RESOLUTION] WF 8: Cannot include resource specified by provided key
In all prior versions WebFOCUS, the error used to include the name of the fex that couldn't be found. Now we get a very unhelpful message.

I received that same error, but it was when our WebFOCUS client server was not configured correctly to talk to the Reporting Server.
