I have a focexec procedure called maketest. I want to execute that in another procedure and print a few values. how would i do that?
-* File newtest.fex
EX mohith/maketest
ON TABLE HOLD AS TEMPFILE
END
-RUN
TABLE FILE TEMPFILE
PRINT *
END
-RUN

it says description for tempfile could not be found. I also tried

DEFINE FILE TEMPFILE
Personid/D12.2=PER_ID;
END

TABLE FILE TEMPFILE
PRINT *

i know its a basic mistake but please help

Try -

HOLD AS TEMPFILE
TABLE FILE TEMPFILE
