I have a user who when running a report with Excel 2007 being the report output. When report completes its opening with the ability to edit the report disabled. She is able to click enable in the upper task bar, but would prefer not having this extra step. I did not believe this is a global setting because i can not replicate her results, the same report opens for me with editing enabled.

Any ideas how to prevent her issue?

Changing the report output format to Excel 2000 will resolve the issue, but that is not our preferred resolution. We prefer to leave the output format set to Excel 2007.

I'm pretty sure that it's something related to local Excel installation, not related to WF.

Look at her Excel security/macro option and Trust Center.

Compares with yours it may gives you the solution.
