If I run an equivalent of your code then I do not get two browser windows open, I only get the first Excel workbook. However, that may not be important.
Do you need two outputs from RC? If so set up separate tasks for each.
One other method of getting two reports on the same browser without merging, is to use a method posted in the Forum quite a while ago - BYTOC with CGIVARS. The code is simple to apply to your example -
You will still get the "same file name" message (even with DHagan's fix) as they are run within the same agent process, but it does provide a nice output.
This would also make a good alternative for those report writers out there who want to be able to provide multiple reports within the same frame set-up (this uses frames but you don't have to code them !!).

The client wants separate spreadsheets and if possible with different names, so I think at the end the RC solution will be the best and I will try if I can use the burst option. The field "COUNTRY" will be the burst value.
