Hi,

I'm using WebFOCUS 769. I get the following error message when I try to access the 'InfoAssist Properties' link in the client console under the 'Utilities' tab.

"An HTTP 500 error has been returned while processing the web components. The application server log contains information on why this error has occurred. Contact your application administrator or your software vendor support center for further assistance"

I have configured the InfoAssist license for MRE. I checked the edaprint.log file and found some lines like:

cmrpht000013 Unable to locate
05/20/2009 02:25:15 >
But the javascript files exist in the specified path.

I'd appreciate any help!
Thanks.

Have you done a new install, or an upgrade install? This is a known issue for an upgrade install and will be fixed in the 769_hotfix release. Until that time, and only if you have done an upgrade install, you may edit the mrrepos.htm file in the basedir directory and add the following line as the last line in the

< !--IBIMR_REPOS_BROADCAST-->

section.

The line to add is:

  • IA Preference File

Make sure it is all on one line in the file.

Sorry, focal Point interpreted the line as an HTML line and did not display it explicitly. Let me try again:

    "
  • IA Preference File"

    Enter it without the quotes.

You meant it to be like this?
Put it between the code (< / >) tags...

Thank you David and GamP for helping me.

But I've done a new install and this line already exists in the mrrepos.htm file.
