When using on table save as set01 format xml the output file has encoding ISO-8859-1

Is there a way to output a XML file with encoding of UTF-8

We are currently using Focus Mainframe version 7.3.12

In the mainframe focus installation manual for version 7.3 on page 3-26 it describes how to change the default NLS setting. For UTF-8 the code page should be 65001
