I need to create a new folder under scheduled items in ReportCaster. I think I remember doing this through MRE but I haven't done it in 4 years. Can anyone help.

Thanks,
Jim

I'm assuming you're talking about what you see when you clikc on "Schedule Management" in RC.

When you create a schedule that belongs to someone other than admin, a new folder appears. You can't really create a new folder, per se. RC just organizes the schedules by owner (which are the MRE user id's)

Darin,

Yes you are correct, it is under Schedule Management" in RC.

We may have a problem with our system/install because we are experiencing problems in MRE.
We just upgraded to 7.13.

The Admin user we set up and log on with will not allow us to do anything so IBI is working on that issue.

I'll try to rememeber to update this thread when IBI gets this other issue cleared up.

Jim
