I am using WF version 533. What is the best way to allow users to create there on Reports via dynamic queries?

What do you mean by dynamic queries? Do you mean the amount of data in a table/view changes? Or the column and table/view names change all the time?

I mean as in the user can basically build the query to produce a chart. Using drop downs to create the select and where statements and then submitting to produce the results. Thanks

The best way for a user to build an adhoc query is to use the Report Assistant in the MRE.
