So I'm a contractor that has been on a site for years, and I have a Site Code and can enter cases with it. I have associates that are new. It doesn't appear they can enter the site code on their ID and open cases on their own ID?

Can someone tell me who and how to associated IBI customer IDs with a site code?

When you log into techsupport go to case management. Under the word Case Management there is a link To access Info Response LIVE click here. Once you are on that page on the top right you will see your login with a drop down select Manage Sites from that drop down. You will need to know the site code or part of the site code and it will show you a list to select from. See how intuitive and easy that is... no wonder you asked this question.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
