By setting WINDOW-DISPLAY=TAB the chart goes to a tab instead of a window, which is what I want. But I don't see a way to change the chart size in the tab as you can in a window. Is there a way to default the chart size?

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM DEALER_COST
RETAIL_COST
SALES
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
HEADING
"Test Report"
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT AHTML
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,
ARGRAPHENGINE=JSCHART,
WINDOW-DISPLAY=TAB,
$
ENDSTYLE
END
-RUN

Thanks
David

Since no one has responded to this, I suggest you open a case with techsupport.

Have you considered ON GRAPH SET AUTOFIT ON within the ON GRAPH... section of your code.

This is easy to accomplish via the GUI... Yeppers, The GUI

Thanks Doug, but that didn't work. It expanded the AHTML report not the chart.

If you run the code and choose the COUNTRY dropdown then Chart then Pie then COUNTRY, you will see that it produces a pie chart. I would just like to control the size of this chart as it is quite small.

I know that if I change WINDOW-DISPLAY=TAB to WINDOW-DISPLAY=CASCADE then I get a window that I can size. But I wanted to have the chart in a new tab instead of a window.

I may have to take Chuck's suggestion and open a case with tech support.

Thanks all

Are you including the following code:
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_UNITS='PIXELS';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_HEIGHT='100%';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_WIDTH='100%';
. . .
ON GRAPH SET AUTOFIT ON
ON GRAPH SET UNITS &WF_STYLE_UNITS
ON GRAPH SET HAXIS &WF_STYLE_WIDTH
ON GRAPH SET VAXIS &WF_STYLE_HEIGHT
Where the 100% can be numeric and not percents.

Didn't seem to help.

-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_UNITS='PIXELS';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_HEIGHT='900';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_WIDTH='900';

I'm not sure that'll work without all the pieces. How about opening the fex in the GUI and letting the GUI handle the auto-sizing?

Hint: Please use the < / > brackets in the above toolbar to enclose your code (It makes it easier to read). Your code would look like this:
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_UNITS='PIXELS';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_HEIGHT='900';
-DEFAULTH &WF_STYLE_WIDTH='900';

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM DEALER_COST
RETAIL_COST
SALES
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
HEADING
"Test Report"
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT AHTML
ON GRAPH SET AUTOFIT ON
ON GRAPH SET UNITS &WF_STYLE_UNITS
ON GRAPH SET HAXIS &WF_STYLE_WIDTH
ON GRAPH SET VAXIS &WF_STYLE_HEIGHT
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,
ARGRAPHENGINE=JSCHART,
WINDOW-DISPLAY=TAB,
$
ENDSTYLE
END
-RUN
Thanks....

Couldn't find anything in the GUI that helped. I will open a case with tech support.

Doug thanks for the help on this.
