But i didnt set up anything for "Webfocus", "Data Servers" "Project Development". Am i supposed to set up those environments too? What are those environments for? It doest say clearly on the manual.

AJEN,
The WEBFOCUS stuff under the Environment properties allows you to Default your language setting and store your web focus ID and Password. Basically if you don't want to be prompted for your password, update it here. other wise you can just leave it alone

Same thing for Data Servers. Depending on how your system is setup, If you saved your name and password in the WebFOCUS area, it will pass it through to the Reporting server, and then you don't need to worry about it. Otherwise, you can store your credentials for each Reporting Server you have.

I would just leave project devlopment alone, unless you have multiple Reporting Servers.

When you bring up the Environments List, you can also click the Help button at the bottom for some more information.
