Is there any way in the fex to prompt the user for a parameter and supply selection values without the variable being used on a WHERE statement? In this example, I would want to ask the user if they wish to base the report on "order date", "ship date" and etc. and allow them to select one of these values (instead keying it in) but I'm not using this parameter on any WHERE statement (which is where I would normally supply the values).

Thank you so much hammo1j. That worked perfectly and gives me so much more flexibility in my fex.

&Variables are treated the same regardless of where they are used. Any unresolved &variables will be prompted for when the fex is run (if autoprompting is turned on.)
