I am working on OLAP report and I want to show filters on top. but the filters just list All and do not list other values.

How can I get the values on filters?

Thanks,

Hi Usernani,

Has this issue been resolved?

I am wondering, which release of WebFOCUS are you currently using? I ran a bit search on Information Builders' online documents and came across the following topics which may be of interest:

OLAPBig Grinropdown not listing values with special characters

OLAP: dropdown displayed in wrong place with many filters

You will need to have an InfoResponse username/password to access these documents.

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry

I found that sometimes you need to make sure the formats in your master files are working with you.

I found the AnV format doesn't work so you can change that in your master file to just an An or you can do it in a define:

DEFINE FILE MYFILE
NEWFIELD/An = OLDVFIELD;
END

That helps to populate the parameter lists at the top.

yes, I have figured out that. I notice that when I do not have any parameter then the filters list the values but if I have some parameters then the filters do not list the values. Please let me know if I have have to do any thing.
