It seems the first error (FOC913) is for the line trying to do a FREE. Since the file is probably not allocated at the time of executing that line, it causes an error. If, instead of CITIDMAP, you use a wildcard, as in CITIDMA*, it will not cause an error if the file is not already allocated. However, make sure that there is no other file that you inadvertently FREE because it meets the wildcard pattern. Not sure whet5her the second error is related to the first one or not.
