[CLOSED] User Access to Deferred Status Interfaces

We have an application that allows users to run reports deferred. However once they recieve the deferred status notification users are unable to navigate to the deferred status interface to view the status of the job. We've given almost every privledge except administrator in the security center. Is there anyway to by pass the 'Access to item denied Run-Deferred' Error?

What version of WebFOCUS 8 are you currently on?

I would urge you to discuss this with Tech Support by raising a case. I don't think that it is as simple as changing a security centre priviledge.

The Deferred Status option is available under the UserID menu under Tools. I don't see any special security settings for that option. What I do see under the Roles / Basic Reporting is the ability to run procedures deferred and saving deferred output. If those aren't allowed then the deferred status option is not displayed.

If you don't see it listed under tools then I agree with Tony you need to open a case with techsupport
