Hi all, Any of you experienced BID serving a blank htm page to some but not all users? We have WF 7703 in Windows 2008R2 with Tomcat standalone. WebFOCUS & Tomcat are configured for SSO according to TM4647 against AD. Users are using either IE 8 or 9. Most users are successfully authenticated and are served their particular BID views. Two of our users however are served blank BID pages. From the MR Realm Driver trace file there are entries for these two users similar to those for users that receive their particular BID views. From the dashboard view builder, try to reassign the group view for those users. That might help.
