I am writing to get some ideas about the best way to maintain RCaster distribution lists.
We want the maintenance to be as easy as possible, of course. That is, with little manual intervention and the ability for a non-programmer to maintain the lists.
One idea was to put the lists in Excel spreadsheets and upload them to the RCaster distribution library. Is this possible?

you can create the list dynamical from a database by selecting the "Dynamic adress" option that creates the burst value and the email adress in a PCHOLD file.

ReportCaster does have a function, DSTBULK, that will allow you to create, add, replace, and delete members in a Distribution List using an external source file. However the source file must reside in the EDAPATH and it must have an FEX extension.
