If I login to the BI Dashboard View Builder and view users....I just see a few users appearing. The few users that appear are all valid user accounts in MRAdmistration but there are alot more user accounts that are not appearing here. If I login to the dashboard with one of these accounts, I get directed to the General Public View. I also realise that only then will the user appear in the BI Dashboard View Builder.
How can I sync the users in my MRAdministration to the BI Dashboard View Builder without having to manually login as the users first?

I am using:
-"SQLS2005 External Directory" to authenticate.
-"SQLS2005 External Directory" for authorization.

Do the users belong to a MR Group for which there is a BID Group View, or do these users belong to the Public Group? In either case, the user does not have to be found in BID View Builder for their login to work correctly. Please provide more info of why you like them to appear in BID View Builder.

The users belong to a MR Group for which there is a BID Group. I need them to appear in the View Builder so I can Manage the Users by Reassigning them different Views and Content.

Upon login, they currently all lead to the deafult ibi public dashboard page with no content.

Try the "GoToPersonalViewOnLogin" option - it should be set to false.

This is from the WF Managed Reporting Administrator's Manual - Managing Dashboard - Logon Process for All Users
