[SOLVED] Report Caster No execution Id issue

Hi guys,
We are migrating from 8009 to 8207 version.
In doing so we have migfated all the users from 8009 environment and all the domain cotent.

The setting of reporting server and report caster server is done same as 8009.
But when we log in with our imported users and try to schedule a report we are getting a issue saying NO VALID EXECUTION ID something like this.
I checked report caster console -》 Execution id tab there were no execution kd present.
But in our old environment same thing is happening and we are able to schedule report there.
Also when we schedule a report in 8207 in the report caster window i can see the user id written in EXEXUTION id.

can anyone help me on this

In the ReportCaster console click on Configuration / Data Servers /EDASERVE and change the user to Trusted. If that doesn't work change it to Static and use the reporting server admin ID. You will have to restart the ReportCaster for that to take effect. There is a button in that console to do that..
