Why we need Active HTML if it has lot of limitations?

We don't have any control on the chart it produces. If that the case then why we need to purchase a separate licence for Active Reports. We can buy just an Flex license and use it. Again I didn't use Flex and I don't know it's limitation.

Some of the limitations on Active Html charting.

1) HIGHEST won't work
2) Sizing the chart won't work
3) Legend won't work.

. . . For those MANY times where we do not exceed those limits. AHTML is a Great output option. Smiler
Are you suggesting that because it exceeds your limit then we should do away with it? Frowner

Unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your point of view, everything has it's limitations.

Hi Kamesh,

What do you mean by HIGHEST won't work?. Is that the number which is higher than the 99,999?. I am facing a issue in AHTML report to display the value 141900. I am getting ***** instead of the original value(141900).

Regards,
Suresh

If you get five asterisks that must mean the column is defined as five digits, I5, P5, or D5, but your value is six digits.
