[CLOSED] Master file error with the data adapter oracle 12c

Hi all,

I am facing an issue when I try to create master file in app studio 8.1.05, adapter oracle 12c

this is the error message:

(FOC1400) SQLCODE IS %1 (HEX: %2) %3%4
This message indicates an error at execution of an SQL operation. It
contains the SQL return code returned by the RDBMS and is usually
accompanied by appropriate FOCUS error messages. For additional
information about SQL return codes refer to the RDBMS manual.



Problem is when I configured the oracle client 32 bit with all required tns names and able to create master files for few tables and for few other tables I am getting the above error.
I don't understand what I am missing.
Can any one help me out on this.

Insure you really are using a 32 bit version of the reporting server, from the web console on the right hand side there is a '?' Click on that and choose version. If it is 64 bit you will need the 64 bit Orcale client.
