Size of the file ?

Don RobisonI have had to expand a record length of a focus file. It has know gone over the 4000 byte threshold is there away to increase this size?

Alan BIs this using ON TABLE HOLD FORMAT FOCUS?
If so, an upgrade to 7.6.2 will give respite, or try and get multiple segment structure using multi-verb requests.
FOCUS files have a maximum segment length of 3962, XFOCUS 16256 (I think).
If it is not a HOLD, just split the segment with unique segments.

WazAre you using FORMAT FOCUS ?
As Alan says, add some segements to the file.
How are you creating the FOCUS FILE
