Hi,

I'm at a new customer, with a new install of WebFOCUS.

If I create a new HTML page with the Composer, it prompts me to select a template. I do so, and I'm shown a lovely launchpage. However, if I run the launchpage, it shows me the raw controls with no styling.

I created a blank HTML page with the composer, imported a CSS file that lives in the same APP folder (yes it's in the path) and the HTML page looked lovely. If I run it, it is only shows the raw controls.

Seems to be losing the CSS somewhere along the lines. I did some searches, and some people were asking about custom CSS files and where to put them. In this case, I cannot even get the built-in ones to work.

I figure it must be a config setting somewhere, so I may open a case. However, I know that you lovely folks are worth thirty CSS reps and 15 local SEs combined, so...

What's going on?

Cheers,

Joey

If you are using our Template Selector, the CSS files are not imported, they are referenced. I suggest you open a case and work with Support Services on this.

If you view the HTML source in the browser, is the style-sheet URL valid? You can copy-paste that URL into your browser to verify its validity.
