On mousing over a point on a line plot, I'd like our users to see a custom tool tip that contains the contents of a field in a file.

I've seen a posting that suggests that:

ON GRAPH SET GRAPHSTYLE *
setSeriesLabelArray(
-INCLUDE SAVE
);

etc...

ENDSTYLE

Is this the recommended way? Or have I missed something? I've seen references to setDynamicToolTip but could not find any examples that use it.

All help appreciated.

Hi James,

I ran a bit search on setDynamicToolTip and came across the following pages, which may be of interest:

WebFOCUS Graphics V7.1.3 > Properties > ToolTipDisplay

How to change the "Mouse Over" text in a graph?

Hope this helps. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry
