I'm trying to run the MRE Extract Utility without success. All I get is Java errors and empty files.

It sounds like its finding something unexpected within your ibiweb.cfg.

I'd open that file up and see if there is anything weird in it.

A "stock" one looks something like the following:
DEVELOPERS=*
ADMINISTRATORS=admin
IBIWFC_AUTHENTICATION=NONE
TRACE_LOCATION=E:/wfuat/ibi/WebFOCUS76/logs

TRACE=OFF

That's (more or less) exactly what ours look like, so I've opened a case with IBI.
