Hi,

I have a report working fine, which displays the data along with the graph. This works fine only when the output format is html. But the problem is that ...,I am able to see only the data but not the graph when the output is directed to excel and only graph and not data when it is directed to pdf format....,

Any suggestion...,

Regards,
Ashok Kumar M

There has been much written on this forum about this subject.

Use the find option above and search on EXCEL GRAPH.

If you need to have multiple tables(/charts) in one excel file or PDF file then you must compound the reports.

By the I don't think it possible to send graphs outputs to Excel directly! You may have to use excel templates for this.

Sample for compounding in PDF

GRAPH FILE CAR
SUM DEALER_COST
BY CAR
ON GRAPH PCHOLD FORMAT PDF OPEN
END
TABLE FILE CAR
SUM DEALER_COST
BY CAR
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF CLOSE
END

Hi Ashok,

Has this issue been resolved?

I ran some quick search on the forum and find the following topic which may be of interest:

Customize Graph dynamically

Hope this info helps. Big Grin
