We currently have 2 sites that have WebFOCUS 7.1.3 installed, should I first upgrade to 7.1.4 then 7.1.5. Or can one upgrade directly to 7.1.5.

My main concerns is that we reduce a risk of a failure during the installations

Webfocus 7.6.2 on Windows Enterprise 2003 Server and
Webfocus 7.6.2 on HP Unix Server

Hi Adolf,

I think that going to 7.1.4 first would be a waste of time for you unless you intended to perform complete testing on that before progressing.

All sub release (e.g. 7.1.x level) are generally cumulative so going straight to 7.1.5 should be OK.

However, one suggestion would be to identify whether the fixes etc. within the 7.1.5 over 7.1.3 actually give you anything.

Regards

Tony

Thanks for the update, the main reason for the question is that the download instruction specifies the version 7.1.4.

Also I just noticed that 7.1.5 is now available but the client is missing, does anyone know when that will be made available
