when trying to subscribe the two way mail for the first time, i am getting that subscription mail to make my e-mail id's active. i am trying this out with 762 web focus.and also i am not able to give alerts as my e-mail id's are not getting added. but when i give the add me button after giving the webfocus credentials i am getting a popup menu saying the e-mail id has been added.
Here is suggestion from internal ReportCaster expert: please test this with 761 and see if there is a same problem in 761. To further debug, a case with Information Builders' Customer Support Services may be of better help.
