Does anyone know whether or not it is possible to parameterize a DB_INLINE filter placed in a master file.

Here is my current filter
DB_INFILE( 'ED_ISP_ACCT', MRN, MRN )

I would like to parameterize the SUBQUERY masterfile

DB_INFILE( &COHORT, MRN, MRN )

However, this fails indicating the 'decription cannot be found for the filename &COHORT'

First you have to define the variable in the master file with something like this before any segments.

VARIABLE NAME=&COHORT,USAGE=A20V , $

Thanks for the suggestions.

The webfocus manual indicates that Parameters are not supported with the master file filters
