Hi,

I have a report with AHTML output.
It is running fine for every one but one user. I have asked her to clear cache, restart etc.. but on the browser toolbar it is displaying 'Webfocus Active Report Error' and nothing is coming up. If I run the same report on mine or on any other computers it is running fine.
Any idea what is causing this to happen?
Thanks for any help...

Dreddy.

What browser is she using?
Does the browser have JavaScript enabled?

Just a couple of questions to be thinking of.

If she has automatic updates enabled on her laptop, IE gets updated sometimes and advanced settings get set to default few times. Please check the browser settings of that laptop or compare it with one that is working..if she has Dev Studio, just try to run simple CAR run in AHTML format and see what comes up..thanks..
