This is a very interesting and maddening problem. I would swear that this worked differently when we were under version 7.6.9.

For 508c accessibiliy compliance we need to be able to control the order in which the fields are accessed using the tab and arrow keys. This will allow a blind person to more logically use a screen reader, but now in 7.6.11 when we run this html the cursor focus begins on the radio1 OUTPUT field (tabIndex=7) in the middle of the page and the first time the tab is pressed the focus moves to the SUBMIT button (tabIndex=8). The initial screen does not show where the cursor is, but if we then ****+TAB back to the radio1 OUTOUT field, the focus is then visible.

We would prefer that the cursor would begin in the combobox2 GRPHTYP field (tabIndex=1), but the top of the page would suffice.

If I text edit the HTML and manually change the onetimepopulated="1" field to onetimepopulated="0" for the radio1 OUTPUT field and run the HTML, the cursor focus begins at the top of the page, but the HTML and PDF radio buttons work oddly, in that you cannot select the radio button with the shift bar or arrow keys, but you can with the tab and enter(?). This sort of works, but if I then edit the HTML in composer, it automatically resets the field back to onetimepopulated="1". Catch 22. Any ideas out there?

I have included the HTML here hopefully with the offending code highlighted.... 4th time is the charm?
