Infoassist 7.7.03 Simple Infoassit with prompts against Oracle Data Base. When there is no data that corresponds to the prompt, we get "Unknown error occurred. Agent on reporting server EDASERVE may have crashed or request was halted by the operator. Please investigate reporting server log." Any ideas on how to stop this?
