Hi,
If I understand your question, then perhaps you can do this by passing the HTTP variables to WebFOCUS by using site.wfs
e.g.
HTTP Header Variables Available for Script Processing
HTTP header variables are moved into the WebFOCUS variable table and become WebFOCUS variables, at which point you can use them in WebFOCUS scripts to further customize processing and control of the WebFOCUS Client.
You can use standard HTTP header variables in addition to your WebFOCUS Client settings to further customize processing and control of the WebFOCUS Client. You can place the variables that are placed in the WebFOCUS variable table by the Servlet in site.wfs or in the node profile of a specified server.
As an example, the following statement checks whether or not constant .ibi.com is contained in the WebFOCUS Client variable HTTP_HOST.
HTTP_HOST contains ".ibi.com"
# INSERT YOUR CODE HERE....

These are some of the variables:
SERVER_NAME
SERVER_PORT
SERVER_PROTOCOL
SERVER_SOFTWARE

I think this is mostly documented in the WebFOCUS Security and Administration manual.

Hi,

You can also use the follwing
-SET &COMPNAME = FGETENV(12,COMPUTERNAME,12,'A12');

This will give you the name of the machine/server that the webfocus reporting server is running on. We use it to determine if a report is in development, test or prod and set variables accordingly.
