Hi All,

How can I make my report support the ability to expand an excel worksheet to additional worksheets if the data exceeds the maximum row limitation.

Thanks,

I responded to a question like this one very recently but I can't find my posting because the FocalPoint Search facility isn't very good.

Using Advanced Search and limiting the search with Author Name and Search Word gives me ONE result and I know I have discussed BYTOC many times on FocalPoint.

Why can't the Search facility do a proper search? And how can I suggest using Search when I can't even find posts I made?

I believe you have more than 65000 records and you want 65001 onwards data in new worksheet..
Try this..

TABLE FILE CAR
PRINT
CAR
COUNTRY
COMPUTE COUNTER/I7 = COUNTER + 1; NOPRINT
COMPUTE WORKSHEET/I3 = COUNTER / 65000; NOPRINT
BY TOTAL WORKSHEET NOPRINT
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM OFF
ON TABLE NOTOTAL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K BYTOC

Hope this will help

I just forgot..
As in our CAR table we don't have much data..
Just for test purpose...
Replace 65000 with 5 ...and you will see number of worksheets
