I have an Alert set up that runs correctly when manually started (by double-clicking on it), but fails when it is scheduled to run (It is supposed to send a report by email using a distribution list).

The Schedule's log file has a "Failed with Runtime Exception" error message. I have been looking through other WebFOCUS log files, but so far have not been able to determine the cause of the error.

Does anyone have experience in troubleshooting Schedule errors?

Our lists work fine, they are formatted as:

My list is the same.

I just tried getting rid of the distribution list and emailing directly to myself. Same error.

OK, that was next. May have to reboot RC, and I'm sure the fex is in the APP PATH. Try logging off and back on as well...
Outside of these, don't want to keep guessing...
