Hi,
We have copied PFB and AFM files to /etc dir as per documentation. When we ran the FEX, it displays the barcode, but it is not scannable as there were some empty boxes in the barcode image. Did anybody implemented barcodes in Linux OS and UTF-8 char set?

Thanks,
DD

We have been successfully using barcodes for some time - never ran into any issues. It either works or it doesn't - no "part way". I don't think you would get a barcode that displays incorrectly. I would check the actual font file that is used to see if it is the correct Code39 font - maybe not showing spaces or special characters correctly? In that case, you might have to do some character translation of the displayed field to get exactly what you need.

Darin

Thanks Darin!!!
It was weired. We bought Code 128 barcodes 3 years ago from IDAutomation. Somehow IBI displays the barcode, but it is messed up.
I can't attach the output here, but I can send you if you want to look at it.

We really appreciate your help.
