Does anyone know how to do a percent change column from month to month when doing an ACROSS? I don't know how many months I'll have so I'm not sure what is contained in which column. WebFocus figures that out based on the month/year start and end in the WHERE statement.

Here's an example using the CAR file. Your report would of course use ACROSS MONTH instead of ACROSS COUNTRY.

TABLE FILE CAR
 SUM SALES/D8
 COMPUTE DIFF/D8.2% = (SALES - LAST SALES) / LAST SALES * 100 ;
 ACROSS COUNTRY
END

Thanks Dan,

I wasn't aware of using the LAST command in that context. This will work for some of the things I'm doing. I'm setting up a highly parametrized report so I'm gonna experiment with this on dynamic column output.
