I have a Hierarchal table with AgentName, ParentId, ChildId, Depth & Production.
I have to print the data for production only for the above data taking into consideration
that the parent with zero production should not be eliminated if the child has any production.

Can any one help me with the logic which will help to clear the above mentioned problem..

Can some one help me with this. Does webfous has any recursive functions. If so please post them here...

Please take a look at the requirements for parent-child in the metadata. You could then you could use FML for your report.
