Hi,

I moved a dashboard from TEST MRE to PROD MRE. I changed the domain folder internal name by replacing all with the new one in PROD.But I am getting the below error :

An HTTP 500 error has been returned while processing the web components. The application server log contains information on why this error has occurred. Contact your application administrator or your software vendor support center for further assistance.

Can't I manually update this ? Is there any other procedure for it ?

Thanks !

Have you done as suggested, look at the application server log to see exactly what it has a problem with?

You obviously still have a naming conflict somewhere that needs resolving.

Sorry that is very site specific especially in a unix environment.

You will have to ask your application server admin.
