HTML? PDF? or which format?

For HTML output this works fine.
TABLE FILE CAR
HEADING CENTER
"CAR TEST</2"
PRINT
COMPUTE BLANK_COL/A1=' '; AS ''
SEATS AS ''
DEALER_COST AS ''
RETAIL_COST AS ''
BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
BY CAR NOPRINT
ON COUNTRY SUBHEAD
"<COUNTRY"
ON CAR SUBHEAD
"<CAR"
" <+0>Sales<+0>Dealer Cost<+0>Retail Cost"
ON COUNTRY SUBTOTAL DEALER_COST RETAIL_COST AS ''
ON TABLE SET PAGE-NUM OFF
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT,GRID=ON,$
TYPE=SUBHEAD, BY=COUNTRY, HEADALIGN=BODY, $
TYPE=SUBHEAD, BY=CAR, HEADALIGN=BODY, $
END
