<Pietro De Santis>% in a data column and PDF output - problem?
A colleague is having a problem with a PDF report.
The report runs fine in HTML.
He seems to think it might be because a '%' appears in one of the alpha data columns on the report.
Anyone else have this problem?
Thanks,
Pietro.

suzy_smithPostScript and .pdf files use the % character as part of the language.

<Pietro De Santis>Suzy, I don't think this will be the reason, afterall, one can create reports with percentages in them.
Things are pointing to a problem with WRAP=N and a column containing %.
More soon.

LloydPietro, you both may actually be right. The '%' is like an escape character. If wrap=N is causing it to fall into the position one of the line it gets treated like command.

<Pietro De Santis>Well, it DOES appear to be a problem with % and WRAP in a PDF document. We changed the WRAP amount and the problem went away. Sounds like a bug to me.

N.SelphIt is a bug - I opened a case on it once (90831063) - and we got nowhere with it.
