Hello,

I have two sql pass thru procedures.
The first one will pull the data that I'll put into ON TABLE HOLD. Multiple data rows in this first sql pass thru

I need to use this data and pass it into the second sql pass thru as the parameters.

So basically I need to loop through the second sql pass thru and put into a HOLD Table to use to create my report (Chart).

Thanks,
Kelly

Kelly, here is an example of using SQL Passthru to create multiple charts:

-SET &ECHO=ALL;

SQL
SELECT
COUNTRY
FROM CAR
ORDER BY COUNTRY
;
TABLE
ON TABLE HOLD AS HOLD_CAR
END
-RUN

-SET &NBR_COUNTRY = &LINES

-REPEAT LOOP_COUNTRY FOR &COUNTER FROM 1 TO &NBR_COUNTRY

-READFILE HOLD_CAR

SQL
SELECT
  COUNTRY
, BODYTYPE
, SUM(SALES)
FROM CAR
WHERE COUNTRY = &COUNTRY.QUOTEDSTRING
GROUP BY COUNTRY, BODYTYPE
ORDER BY BODYTYPE
;
TABLE
ON TABLE HOLD AS HOLD_CAR_DATA&COUNTER
END
-RUN

-* Create chart here or below
-* GRAPH FILE HOLD_CAR_DATA&COUNTER
-*...
-*END
-*-RUN
-LOOP_COUNTRY

-* Create charts here or above
-REPEAT LOOP_CHART FOR &COUNTER FROM 1 TO &NBR_COUNTRY

GRAPH FILE HOLD_CAR_DATA&COUNTER
SUM SALES AS ''
ACROSS BODYTYPE AS ''
HEADING
"<COUNTRY SALES"
END
-RUN
-LOOP_CHART
