Hi

Can we display a field (long text field) below all other fields in the report? There report is in HTML and PDF formats. I dont want to go to Precision or compound reports. Please let me know if there is a possibility. I tried using OVER but could not achieve this.

Try a SUBFOOT. You may have to create asort field for each row, but easily doable.

Enigma006,

Can you please post your code. I don't see why you can't do this.

As Waz suggests, SUBFOOT should do the trick:

TABLE FILE CAR
 SUM COUNTRY
     CAR
 BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
 BY CAR NOPRINT
 ON CAR SUBFOOT
  "<STANDARD"
  " "
END

Thanks Waz and Dan. I already tried SUBFOOT.
I have a subtotal in this report and subtotal comes after subfoot separating it from the record.

Here is the example

TABLE FILE CAR
 SUM COUNTRY
     CAR
	 SALES
 BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
 BY CAR NOPRINT
 ON CAR SUBFOOT
  "<STANDARD"
  " "
ON COUNTRY SUBTOTAL AS 'Total for'
END

In the Output, I am trying to get "RETRACTABLE HEADLIGHTS" (related to car Triumph) above subtotal for England

Well, you may then need to get rid of the SUBTOTAL and make your own totals in the second line of the SUBFOOT.
I know there is a bit of more work involved in the STYLE section and you will lose some features (such as intra-borders in your SUBFOOT line) but at least Data 6 will show up above the totals ....

TABLE FILE CAR
 SUM COUNTRY
     CAR
	 SALES
 BY COUNTRY NOPRINT
 BY CAR NOPRINT
 ON CAR SUBFOOT
  "<STANDARD"
  "Total for <COUNTRY<+0><ST.SALES"
END
